A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a friendly, down-to-earth team at a leading multi-office law firm with deep roots across Shropshire.

You’ll be based in the firm’s Shropshire office, taking over a well-established caseload built up by a valued team member over the past two years. With varied and interesting work on offer, including wills, probate, LPAs and some agricultural and HNW matters, you’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy while still having access to strong support from across the wider team.

This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys building client relationships, wants to get involved in the local community, and is keen to continue growing a presence in the area.

Who we’re looking for

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE in wills and probate
  • Confident working independently as the main private client lawyer in the Ludlow office
  • Comfortable handling a broad private client caseload and conducting home/hospital visits where required (driving licence beneficial)
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive with excellent client care skills
  • A positive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment

Salary & Benefits

  • £30,000–£50,000, depending on experience
