Are you an experienced multi-track personal injury solicitor looking for a new challenge with greater flexibility and autonomy?
This well-respected niche firm is seeking a capable, confident Serious Injury Solicitor to join their growing team. With a strong caseload of high-value personal injury and clinical negligence files ready to go, you’ll be able to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and driven team with excellent support in place, working directly on complex cases involving brain injuries, spinal injuries, and serious orthopaedic trauma, as well as opportunities for career development and leadership in the future.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE
- Recent, hands-on multi-track personal injury experience
- Strong technical expertise in serious injury, RTA, EL/PL or clinical negligence
- Able to assess liability and quantum, draft documents, and manage client communication
- Confident using Proclaim or similar case management systems
- Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
