This is a fantastic opportunity for a Remortgage Conveyancer to join a well-established residential conveyancing team at a friendly, down-to-earth firm in Altrincham. With a growing source of remortgage work expected to ramp up significantly thanks to a new partnership, now is the perfect time to join and make your mark.
You’ll handle your own caseload of remortgage matters, with plenty of support from a collaborative team and approachable leadership. The firm is known for its caring and empowering culture, providing genuine flexibility, development opportunities and a focus on wellbeing.
Over the next six months, you’ll be expected to get to grips with internal systems and processes while efficiently handling a volume caseload. As the role evolves, you’ll have the chance to step into a more senior or supervisory role as the team expands.
Who we’re looking for
- 1+ year of experience handling remortgage or volume conveyancing files
- Experience working in a process-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent client care
- A proactive, positive team player with a desire to grow and develop
- Legal executives, licensed conveyancers or solicitors will all be considered
