An award-winning law firm with offices in Manchester is seeking a property litigation solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their team.

Within this role, you will handle a variety of property disputes for both commercial and residential landowners, landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include managing new enquiries from clients, taking instructions, legal research, case analysis, drafting letters/emails/documents and supporting the team’s partners on larger, high-value/complex disputes.
The successful candidate will need a strong academic record, experience in property disputes, an outgoing, friendly manner and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will have the opportunity to manage your own busy caseload under supervision and assist with the implementation of business development strategies.
