You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients pursuing personal injury claims, playing a vital role in gathering information, assessing claim viability, and providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process. It’s a people-focused position where your empathy, attention to detail, and communication skills will really shine.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong background in customer service, ideally within a legal environment
- Solid academic credentials
- Empathetic and professional approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident working in a paperless environment with good IT proficiency
- Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated team player who uses initiative but knows when to seek support
