You’ll be joining a fast-growing team led by a highly experienced partner who has built a thriving department. The firm prides itself on its collaborative, non-hierarchical culture—every solicitor, regardless of level, has a seat at the table when it comes to shaping the team’s direction.

Over the first 6-12 months, you’ll settle into the team, handle high-quality work, and begin to get involved in BD to bring in more cases. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to build a strong reputation, be paid well for your efforts, and move quickly up the career ladder. • Essential: Experience handling privately funded matrimonial finance cases.

• Desirable: Experience in BD, networking, and building client relationships.
