This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigation manager to join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in personal injury, medical negligence, and catastrophic claims.
As part of the senior management team, you’ll play a key leadership role, overseeing a team of EL/PL litigators, improving case strategy, and ensuring outstanding results for clients.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a team leader with:
- At least 3 years’ experience in litigation.
- A strong background in RTA, EL/PL, and other personal injury claims.
- Experience managing a caseload of litigated files.
- 3+ years of management experience, leading and developing a team.
- Excellent case strategy skills and the ability to improve efficiencies in case management.
- A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 – £55,000 per annum.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
- Office-based role in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
