Are you a confident Court of Protection Solicitor looking for a new challenge at a respected national firm with genuine room to grow?
Join a leading legal practice in Leeds where you’ll work closely with a highly regarded Head of Department and play a key role in supporting professional deputies.
This is a key mid-level role with the opportunity to step into a more senior position as the team expands. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and benefit from a flexible working structure, with up to three days from home.
Who we’re looking for
- Court of Protection Solicitor with 1–6 years PQE (Grade C ideally, Grade B considered up to 6 PQE)
- Confident managing Deputyship matters with light supervision
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Experience overseeing paralegals or trainees would be a bonus
- Leeds-based and happy to work at least 2 days a week in-office or on client visits
Salary & Benefits
- NQ salary of £50k – significantly above market average for Court of Protection work
- Hybrid working – up to 3 days from home per week
