Are you a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with leadership experience looking for a flexible role in a well-supported, secure firm?
This is an opportunity to lead a team in one of the most well-regarded clinical negligence departments in the North West. With a team of 35 and strong internal legal support, you’ll have everything you need to focus on mentoring junior solicitors, supervising casework, and ensuring high client care standards.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor or CILEX with:
- At least 3 years’ PQE (ideally 5+ years) in clinical negligence.
- Experience handling a mix of high-value and lower-value cases, including birth injury, cancer misdiagnosis, dental and cosmetic negligence.
- Some experience supervising or mentoring junior solicitors—whether formally or informally.
- A collaborative and personable leadership style, ensuring a positive and productive team dynamic.
- A client-focused mindset, ensuring cases are handled with care and efficiency.
